What a difference a day makes!

Terrific downpour this morning and flash floods in Louth. The local supermarket was flooded, the river rose but did not break its banks, manhole covers were pushed up by the force and amount of water, roads were closed due to floods!! Got a flood alert from the environment agency and this was the view for about 2 hours through my dining room window.
Tomorrow hopefully back to normal summer weather - SUN we hope.
