Insanely beautiful day ...

It's been a glorious day. I went to work early so I could drive slowly along the coastal road and savour the tranquil scenes. I was delighted to see a pair of nesting oyster catchers on the beach. This photo was taken on the way home, the piece of land you can see across the bay, is Cape Point. Incredible to think that a surfer nearly lost his legs here just a few days ago; a curious 4.4m great white shark.
Looks like C has torn a muscle, probably during physio on Tuesday where she was pushed to increase her range. She has got so used to pain that now seems able to tolerate what most people cannot.
