Roll with it
British bake off inspired, I made my first ever Swiss roll this evening, very nice it is too. For next time, more sugar on the parchment because it stuck and therefore a cracked a bit. Not at all dry though, I think I'd make the next round!
In other news Jack got an amazing 79% for his RAD exam, he's beyond delighted with himself because he was so worried about it. Super proud.
