'Perpetual falls'

Described when I bought 6 plugs a few months ago as a hardy fuchsia - though I think hardly fuchsia might be more apt. Popped straight into decent compost to bring them on to planting out size, they have struggled to put on more than a couple of inches of reluctant growth. Still, at least these two are flowering quite prettily - the remaining four look as though they're not long for this world. Sigh.
