Or tulip tree! This is in the arboretum in the grounds of Delepre Abbey.
There are lots of buds on it so I'm going to go back and look every few days so that I can catch it in full bloom - it'll be quite spectacular I think!
I walked just under two miles with no I'll effect to my Achilles' tendon - a result! :-)
