Self sufficient

The highlight of today was the run at the end of it. Set off rather quickly, but faded a little to fall short of yesterday's world record by 15 seconds.

The Cornish beer afterwards was probably a bad idea. It didn't really provide the full Cornwall experience. Maybe if I had tried the "Lincolnshire Pasty" from the CO-OP as well?
