Bexsie just before 12

Bexsie is 12 tomorrow, but we'll be travelling home, so decided to have a special day today. I got up early to make the cake. She went paddle boarding in the morning at Newton Ferrers. On way back to cottage had to go very slowly, as 20 young pheasants ran along the road in front of us. She spent the afternoon swimming in the sea with Josh and Ziggy. Wave jumping with me - Realise I am unpractised at jumping!. Decorated the cake next. A birthday BBQ in the evening (well cooked by Uncle Ali!) followed by the cake. Big family game of monopoly.
Today 20 years ago Ben was christened - a very special day. Remember it so clearly.
