Painting

Dylan made us a plan for the day while we were lying in bed.
"ok mummy. we're going to get breakfast, play with lego, go to the dentist but not for any injeptives . when we get home again you can give me a treat and we will do some arts and crafts. i want to paint the lake with some swans and a goose and some trees and blue sky. ok? deal?"

"Deal"

And so we did. He was great at the dentists, bless him. He watched while I had my checkup (with Lily on my knee) and then also joined my knee for his. Not sure those chairs are designed for 3! He quizzed the dentist about all his tools and had a good look in his mirror. Very pleased to report he has perfect teeth and the dentist was very happy with him. Have registered Lily now too. Her turn when we get back from holidays (though I already know its a bit pointless. If she opens her mouth for him, she will almost certainly bite any finger that attempts to poke about in there!)

Anyway, mission accomplished so we came home and did some painting, cutting and sticking :)
