Startrails over Bassenthwaite

We had a guest this week who brought a 4" reflector telescope with him - we had fun looking at the moon and it's craters.

After an evening looking at guests pics, I took the opportunity to nip down to the edge of Bassenthwaite to capture a star trail - I only stayed about 3/4 of an hour, as I thought the cloud build up was spoiling the shot - but I still worked the image up, and I quite liked the shapes and colours the clouds produced on the picture.
