New born

This little calf was just three hours old when we saw her this afternoon near framton on Severn . The nearbyriver is beautiful but we were surprised to learn from two river workers that many people have died on the river there over the years in the muddy quicksand and rapidly rising tides and fast currents. It looks so tame.
