0% chance of rain HERE, but tomorrow chances will increase. Tonight the monsoon provided another dramatic sky.

Sale of our old house finalized. Also today we scheduled another move. Next Thursday we will move four Apartments down the way to a place with four windows looking across a wash to the East toward the Catalina mountain sunrises.

Oh....Also today was my 78th Birthday. We celebrated with dinner at Olive Garden.
