Cane Rosso Authentic Italian Pizza

Had a working lunch with the team today and Jeff recommended Cane Rosso, new to Fort Worth, specializing in Neapolitan pizzas. The secret to this wonderful Italian treat is the oven - 900 deg of energy taking literally 3 or 4 minutes to cook the thin crust and chosen topping. The result; a crispy outside, chewy inside plate of deliciousness! This is a picture of the oven in question!
