Kuirau Park Daffies

Good frost this morning was up bright and early as I couldn't sleep past about 6am.

Managed to get lots of jobs done during my run into down, which included my blip photo.

Kuirau park is the central city park, other than the Government gardens. It hosts a playground, bubbling mud boils, foot baths and the Saturday market. Not a safe place to visit after dark thou. It used to house the local "toot n whistle' attraction, which has not operated for a number of years.

Every year the daffies pop up to remind us spring has sprung.
