Blipping with a broken arm

I should have more pride than to post a self-portrait as awful hideous as this, but those of you who have been following my journal know that I fell and broke my arm two weeks ago. Since then the arm has been immobilized, I have been sleeping sitting up in the lounge chair, haven't been able to post many blips, shampoo my hair, or keep in touch with my blipfriends..

My friends from church and the neighborhood have been helpful and generous. I've gained a great appreciation for people who show their love and concern through cards, phone calls, and gifts of books, food, etc. Today a delivery man came to the door (much to Gulliver's delight) with a wonderful edible arrangement of fruit. The card said "We hope you'll be feeling better Berry soon. Fondly, Don and Kathy."

So Don and Kathy, our dear friends from South Carolina, this blip is for you. Thank you for helping me on this road to recovery. I wish I could be more eloquent, but one-finger typing hampers my style.
