Arbroath Smokies

We were at the Sea Fest in Arbrouth this lunchtime! It was a great event and was very busy. There were lots of boats and stalls and food outlets! Everybody seemed to be enjoying it and the weather was good! This particular item took my interest! It was Haddock being smoked over logs in a sunken pit, all within a half wood barrel! These are the original Arbroath Smokies! And very tasty too! Thank you for all your comments of yesterday, I will hopefully get back to normal by Monday!
