Park run at Colwick this morning - a decent time of 22:08.

Trip to Ruddington in the afternoon for a steam train ride, playing in the park, football and bat & ball, rounded off with a trip on the minature railway. A great afternoon. The result - one very tired 3 year old and one chirpy baby loving all the adult attention.
