After the race......

this is Jamie Spencer and Liam Keniry after the 3.35 at Newmarket. You can probably tell by their faces that they didn't win!

Penny and Gary, Geoff's son, took us to Newmarket as a birthday treat.

Great weather and company, good job I'm not a big gambler, £10 in total, as I only picked one winner.

Really must do some housework tomorrow as I haven't really done any since before leaving to go on holiday in June, can't believe it is now August.

Have felt a bit more normal or as Geoff would say annoying, the last couple of days/evenings so I think the jet lag has lifted. It is supposed to be a day for every hour of time difference so that is probably right.
