A selection of books

We (me and my 13 year old daughter) went on a bus trip to Lincoln today. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to get to the capital. We had a lovely time and lovely weather too. As a treat we spent about an hour or so in Waterstones bookshop. Ended up having a huge cup of tea in Cafe Nero upstairs and chose these books. Spent too much but it was a treat. It's not often I get the chance to go to Lincoln and to go to Waterstones so it was extra special to go and have a laugh with my daughter. Super.

and finally, The Girl With All The Gifts by M.R.Carey which my daughter has knicked (I let her).
