Crane!

I don't usually blip myself, but I've been working really hard on arm balances this week and this is my crane (or Bakasana) - my latest success (almost). My arms need to be straight as the next step and I'm working on "floating" from here into a plank position. Which means pushing my legs out from here and landing softly on my toes (arms staying where they are). Currently, I go from here to *thunk* *clatter* on my knees. But I'm really chuffed with where I've got to with the crane. It isn't about strength, its about focus, believing in yourself, and using your breathing to stay balanced. Which is a good way to approach life - but not as easy!
