Forever friends....

My Mum & Hazel. Never a finer pair could you find! They go back a very long way. My Dad and Derrick (Hazel's late hubby) were buddies. In fact Hazel Derrick & Dad went to school together, were in the same classes and grew up and grew old together. Though to be fair I'm not sure that Hazel will ever age. I could do with some if her genes! She seems no different now than when we were wandering along the beach one night on holiday many years ago singing ' by the light of the silvery moon'. Whereas Dad & Derrick used to take their false teeth out when they went fishing long before they hit 60 so they could get reduced pensioners rates.

Don't ever grow up! Even if you may grow old...
