Yet another stairway renovation, with copper

Seems like everybody on the street is refurbishing their stairways. This one is particularly beautiful, in part because the post-tops are made of copper. Looked at one way, this is a sign of gentrification of an old neighborhood. Looked at another, it is people taking pride in their neighborhood, wanting the street to look good.
