Best beach in Indonesia.... so far!

Mawun beach was gorgeous. It is a secluded half-moon bay with crystal clear water and pristine sand. We went back 3 times during our stay in Kuta, Lombok. The ride there was just as spectacular, a 35 minute scooter ride over lush mountains and through small villages and rice fields. The only traffic we encountered was herds of cows, brave chickens to cross the road and a little boy playing on his go-cart at a precarious spot, a downhill bend. He was still playing when we returned, luckily!
