KERERU

This is New Zealand's native pigeon, the Kereru. There were two of them in the big tree in the reserve by Betty's house. See how plump he/she is?

We've spent another day going through stuff. I am going minimalist after this! Today there was Chris, Jeff, Johnny and Colin all working hard. Mike and Emma came later. Lots of grazing to keep up the energy levels. More trips to SPCA shop and dump.

Dave fell off the stepping stool while painting the ceiling and hurt his wrist while managing to miss the large, full bucket of paint. Luckily with ice, the swelling has not amounted to much and we think he will survive.

We will all sleep well tonight.
