Pub lunch, a canal and the Closing Ceremony

Today we went to church. I slept for the whole service. After church we were going to go into Glasgow to see the cycling race for the Commonwealth Games, but the traffic was really bad and we were sat for ages on the road, and it was raining really heavily! So we decided to just go to pub for lunch. Sara, our friend from church, came with us. After lunch it stopped raining so we went for a little walk along the canal, which was very pretty and there were lots of boats. Maybe one day I'll go on a boat, it looks fun! When we got home we watched the Closing Ceremony for the Commonwealth Games, which had lots of music and dancing and bright colours.
