Who is stuck on the A3 because of the bike ride that is on today, Ride London-Surrey, 24,000 amateur cyclists take to the road. Starting at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at 6am and riding the 100-mile route. Many roads are closed. So not sure when Mum will get here.
