What a day today.. completed my 14K run this morning, breaking my last years record. Lunch and dinner was good too. Anne made peanut butter/ sweet potato soup. Oh it was so yum!!! time to go to bed now.
Coming week is busy again. Have to prepare for another run next weekend :)
