In The Two Brewers, Olney

Clare and I are visiting Clare's father today. We had lunch at The Two Brewers in Olney.

This piece of vintage equipment is in the bar. I'm not entirely sure what it is but no doubt it has something to do with the brewing process.

Can anyone help identify it?
