Beans, beetroot, courgettes, tomatillos, sweetpeas

The heat and the rain means everything is growing like crazy. I'm feeling guilty about the courgettes. Some of them are huge and I just don't have time to do all the chopping and whatnot to make them into soup.

I've taken to blanching and roasting the green beans and eating them with toasted walnuts and crumbled feta so haven't gotten bored with them yet :-)

The beetroot aren't ready thank goodness. Not sure I could cope with more than two gluts at a time :-)
