the daily grind..........

Went to church this morning which was really very lively and fun and only lasted 3 hours - we had lots of vibrant singing and dancing!!

A beautiful day so in the afternoon headed off with two friends on our weekly walk around the city! We found another route today through a dambo (marsh) area where we had to cross some interesting bridges!! Met these two ladies carrying water from the river.........such hard work and yet such happy smiles! A lesson for us all!!
