Cottage

Up early to pack away our tent and camping gear, then back to Woodhall Spa. Louie was very pleased to see us!

Pleasant afternoon walk by the river in Kirkby-on-Bain. Several years ago Mr M and I used to dream about buying this cottage by the bridge. It used to look lovely, with an immaculate lawn and an orchard, and a little landing stage on the river. Sadly neglected now.

Glad it didn't come up for sale when we were looking to move - much prefer the part of the world where we live now!
