Still felt wiped out today, but manage to get to the sea front today. Glad I did as it seemed to revitalise me somewhat :) I can talk again, much to the disappointment of Fran, but I believe a few mega sleeps have done the trick. Thank you so much for the well wishes on getting better, much appreciated :)

As I was on the sea front, I sat down to 'watch' the kids on the beach, however got sidetracked with taking some photos of the waves. Stuck on a polariser and 10 stop filter and shot away.
