Barnstaple Regatta

The first Regatta to be organised for many a long year and Big Bertha from the States put the mockers on it. Blowing a hooley so can't launch the gigs so gig racing is not happening; however, the Exmoor Morris Dancers were there and gave a great display as did two bands singing sea shanties and other interesting songs relating to the sea! Great Punch and Judy and a story teller for the little ones. Brilliant.
