Both kids are away tonight and one is with hubby, leaving me with an evening on my own.

I decided that after retail therapy to go and see the Matisse exhibition at the Tate Modern. To begin with, I found the exhibition somewhat underwhelming, but that was the point really - as I carried on round you saw Matisse's technique getting to hone his technique to produce the masterpieces we know today. The Snail, Christmas Eve, the Blue Nudes were all there. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I might even go back with the sprogs

I was going to do a bit of night time blipping along the river, but the rain put paid to that!
