A Day At A Time.

Oura Beach Club

After a lovely lazy start to the morning, with breakfast on the balcony, we took the shuttle bus down to the other resorts in the same group as ours.

I had previously spent a few days in one some years ago. It was very big as I remembered, and indeed that was the case. And of course very busy.

We stopped for a cool refresher there and then strolled along to the Beach Club, where we had in fact wanted to stay, but it was full.

Although full, there was a feeling of peace and the huge pool was never busy and swimming in it was easy and relaxing. We found sun beds free at two in the afternoon and spent a happy few hours there, before returning to our hotel aboard the free bus once more.

Right on the beach, there is a myriad of bars and restaurants within a minute or two's walk and we shall return shortly for dinner and further exploring.

It's been a great first day. Lots more to come.
