Moussaka

Had a quiet day today as I have been very tired after my recent trips to Berlin, London and Manchester. I do still get very tired after all my medical treatment, I sometimes have to remind myself that it is still less than a year after my stem cell transplant! However after being isolated for so long for my treatment I am tempted to get out and do as much as possible! Anyway we made a nice moussaka for our dinner.
