My next door neighbour popped round earlier to see how I was doing after my surgery 3 days ago. She brought these lovely chocolates for me. I love Lindt chocolate, and they work out at only 3 syns per chocolate. I'm sure it'll aid my recovery, although atm my appetite is very low.
