French Cook-eeng, mais oui, Oui!

Started reading this book this morning (an autobiography focusing on cooking/food throughout the author's life), it's been hard to put down & I'm almost finished already!

The heavy French influences have had me inspired to reach for my Larousse & Escoffier and grab some cream & butter!
