I think this fairly accurately sums up how undecided the weather's been today.

When I left for work this morning it was pouring with rain, by the time I got to work it was dry (but I was very damp), by lunch time it was sunny and hot (and I looked weirdly overdressed in my huge jumper).

When I left work the cycle reversed, although thankfully I was on the train for the rain stage.
