My little helper
We went out nice early this morning to visit my brother in his new house. They moved in last week and it's so nice to see them settled in their own place. The house is lovely. So much bigger than I had expected from the pictures and they've done loads to it already. New carpets, painted all the walls, divided the lounge diner into two rooms, cut back the over grown garden and got all the plumbing and electrics sorted out. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished. It will be a really lovely happy family home.
Afterwards we went to grandmas for lunch. It was as delicious as always. P had a great time running around outside (in between rain showers) and playing doctors, fixing everyone's broken legs.
When we were having tea tonight back at home P asked if she could help feed A. She sat on my lap and first helped me to mash the banana and then with a little help she spooned it for him. He thoroughly enjoyed P feeding him and ate the lot. P was rather proud of herself too. I think I may let her help more often so I can eat my tea!
It's blowing a gale outside tonight. I think Bertha is on her way.....
