Roses

I started the day with a swim and a jacuzzi and then headed off to work. There was a Christening party in and it was very hectic, but I enjoyed it all today. The party was outside in the garden, but we couldn't put the food outside as, thanks to the whiplash of Hurricane Bertha, it was very wet. We were upstairs, then downstairs, then the sun came out and we were outside....we were secretly quite glad when the heavens opened late afternoon and they all went home!

We each took one of the table decorations home with us and as I'm bushed after being on my feet all day it came in handy for a pic tonight.

The Village starts tonight...it is on series link...I can't wait to see the scenes that Chrissie and I saw filmed at Lyme Park.
