Between the Showers

Dull start to the day and showers forecast.
The grocery shop was quickly put away and Maeve was taken for her usual walk down the bridle path.
Just before we reached home the rain came on:-(
The weather went gradually downhill from then and this afternoon has seen some heavy showers of rain.
