After church Mr Rat went off for his final race (he enjoyed this one) and later in the afternoon daughter and family went to drop son-in-law off to fly home (has to go back to work) and visit a friend.
On their return, and after tea, the boys were trying very hard to avoid bed, but it didn't work very well!
