having a cold hasn't stopped me going to work and so i took some photos of the birds on the tow path. one day when i've saved enough money, i'll invest in a zoom lens but for now you'll have to make do with this a high-res image and a crop - or what y'might call a digital zoom! ;-)

i removed most of the tree too, just 'cos i thought it'd look good!

the sky remained that grey all day, but it was still a nice day. nothing too taxing at work on account of this cold and nice lunch in town with cathy. thems are good days! :-)
