Cooking Julia's Tea

Tonight's family meal was in the Chinese buffet in St Helens, whilst out side the gales force wind and the rain was intense. First visit to a Teppanyaki and the chef obliged with a repeat performance of setting Julia's tea alight so I could capture the flames. I think her steak was slightly more well done than she asked for.
