Joan’s birthday

The plan was simple: a picnic in Greenwich Park, and listen to the band, with Christine, Keith, Amy and Jack.

But, unlike last year or the year before, there was too much weather, so we had a picnic on Joan’s living-room floor. It all went very well, and toffee the cat was able to join-in. There was food and drinks, presents and a birthday cake (c/o Christine).

Joan particularly liked her new teddy bear - called toffee : )
