Baked Bread Today

I haven't baked bread from scratch for several years, so I decided about 10 days ago to make a new batch of sourdough starter and do some baking. These three loaves smelled so good. The smallest loaf has a cinnamon sugar mix inside. I flattened the dough, sprinkled cinnamon sugar and rolled the dough like a diploma before putting it in the baking pan. The other 2 loaves are just bread, but they have a little whole wheat flour mixed with white flour. Tonight, I am baking some buns from the same starter. Sorry none of you are close enough to share.
