Healthy.... Drinking?
At work, if we hit over a certain target then we are allowed a drink after work. Previously I have been choosing beer, because why not? Beer is great! But after a revelation in a battle of the bathroom scales, I decided to have a think about my current diet. So in an attempt to achieve a self proclaimed victory next time, I decided to reduce the amount I eat/drink which included my favourite, Beer.
The first problem I tackled was that when I get a meal at work every shift it always comes with rice. In moderation white rice is fine but every meal? I'll take my chances and cut that out of my current diet. The second was the aforementioned beer issue. To stop temptation I have also stopped drinking carbonated drinks so the only remaining option for me is Oolong Tea.
Yes, Oolong Tea. I know we haven't got along in the past mainly due to me avoiding you like the plague as a child but now as a sort of adult, I don't mind it at all. Strange...
