Rainy?

In China, there is a poem to describe the shot.
Coming event cast their shadows before them.
I have been in Australia for 2 months, but it is the first time to see a large dark clouds. I don't like the rain. It is hardly to see people using umbrellas in rainy day. I am wondering why?
