Mistake

On my way back from town this evening I noticed out the bus window some buds on a tree. Pre-historic looking black buds on a very gnarly tree. And just beyond you could see the snow. I thought, "wouldn't that be a clever blip? two seasons simultaneously existing". Follow through didn't work. Blurry picture and the only solid things you can make out are the railings.

Still, interesting smudge I think.
