Spanish Onion…..

Thought I would give the ubiquitous Spanish Onion a fair go, so many times in the past the apple and tomato and grapes, the orange, the pepper, the pear, all the exotics receive an over abundance of attention but I thought one of the basic ingredients of nearly all mediterranean cooking should have a go…
